All of our packages are based on a percentage of your budget and our fees are taken out of your budget, not an additional charge. "THE LORELAI PACKAGE"- Rehearsal and Wedding Day Services Only
-With this package, you will receive:
-Consultation with the bride and groom
-Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
-Attendance and direction at the rehearsal ( up to two hours)
-Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
-Attending, overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception ( up to 10 hours)
-Unlimited e-mail consultations
$800.00 or $700.00 if paid in full upon signing
"THE AURORA PACKAGE"- Partial Planning Services
-With this package, you will recieve:
-Consultation with the bride and groom
-Selecting suitable vendors such as:
-Baker
-Calligrapher
-Caterer
-Florist, etc
-Negotiating with vendors
-Reviewing Vendor Contracts
-Scheduling appointments with vendors for the bride and groom
-Coordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are provided
-Coordinating the payment of final fees to vendors
-Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products
-Unlimited e-mail consultations
-GO Phone one week from the event day to contact your planner for free.
$1,500.00 or $1,300.00 if paid in full upon signing
"THE BELLA PACKAGE"- Complete Wedding Planning Services
-With this package, you will recieve:
-Initial consultation with the bride and groom
-Ongoing consultation and advise
-Preparing a budget
-Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists
-Assisting with selection and booking of the ceremony and reception venues
-Assisting with selection and booking of an officiant for the wedding
-Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of the wedding
-Assisting with the design, printing, and mailing of invitations
-Tracking RSVP's and who will be attending
-Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories
-Finding, negotiating with, and booking suitable vendors
-Reviewing vendor contracts and coordinating with vendors
-Providing information to obtain a marriage license
-Ceremony Planning
-Preparing itineraries, seating lists, name plates
-Attending and overseeing the rehearsal ( up to two hours)
-Instructing attendants about their duties
-Directing the processional, recessionals, and recieving line

HOURLY CONSULTATIONS
-This option is perfect for the bride who is organized and hardworking and enjoys planning her big day, but just needs a little direction in certain aspects of the wedding. These hourly consultations are available for $50 per hour (minimum two hours).
